Parts Sales Retail

Location : Salem

Degree / Diploma with minimum 6 years of experience in any OEM/ auto component company desirable

Experience in handling dealer, distributor , workshops in the aftermarket

Taking care of all the parts distributors/
Achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly targets for various segments
Ensure adequate orders from all the segments for billing as per the targets
Work on improving the market share of spare parts at the retail level
Ensure optimum market penetration for focus group parts
Ensure focus of the DPEs on the focus group parts , MITR parts and scheme parts for maximizing volumes
Review branches of the distributor for sales performance, scheme performance, product group performance, beat plan adherence etc
Ensure optimum inventory levels at the distributors for servicing the key accounts, fleet operators/bulk purchase customers
Coordinate with the warehouses for timely material dispatches
Ensure advance collection at each and every instance of business transaction at all segments
Ensure collection of C forms ( pre GST forms to be collected)
Conduct regular activities for promoting the LP and VP range to various customer segments
To keep updated information on the competition for various segments
Plan for training and ensure engagement of the DPEs
Ensure full coverage of the retail trade in the territory for business development
Ensure branding and display at the retail level as per AL standards
Ensure proper MIS generation at regular interval for meetings and reviews
